Refund policy

We do not have to provide a refund if you change your mind about a purchase. Please choose carefully. If a product you have bought is faulty, we will provide a remedy as required under the Consumer Guarantees act. 

If Hairworks Extra refunds you, you will be paid immediately on return of goods by bank transfer within 5 working days. The refund will be the total order amount less shipping costs.
