All prices listed are in New Zealand dollars and include GST.

 

Delivery & Returns

Orders will normally be dispatched within 1-2 working days. In the event of damage by Courier please notify us immediately and a replacement will be sent out within 5 working days of receiving the returned product. 

Returns: It is at the full discretion of Hairworks Extra in regards to returns, we will abide by the Consumer Guarantees act. Please email hairworks@inspire.net.nz  for any queries.

If a product you have bought is faulty, we will provide a remedy as required under the Consumer Guarantees act.

 

Refunds

We do not have to provide a refund if you change your mind about a purchase. Please choose carefully. If a product you have bought is faulty, we will provide a remedy as required under the Consumer Guarantees act. 

If Hairworks Extra refunds you, you will be paid immediately on return of goods by bank transfer within 5 working days. The refund will be the total order amount less shipping costs.
