WHEN CAN I COLLECT?
We aim to have orders ready for collection the same day or within 24hours (excluding Sundays)

(Please note: If you are paying by internet banking we will contact you when your payment had cleared then you can collect)


If you have provided a cell phone number we will text you when your order is ready or if you do not have a cellphone number we will email you.

Pop into our store and give your name for your order at the counter.

International shipping delays may cause disruption and delay for replenishing sold out items.

 

How much does shipping cost?

All New Zealand orders over  $99.00NZD are freight free. 
For all New Zealand orders under $99.00NZD a small freight charge will be applied.

  • Orders up to $98.99NZD  shipping is $6.50
  • We can not ship to PO box address so please provide a street address.
  • All Electrical items will be shipped with SIGNATURE REQUIRED.

International Shipping

At this time we are currently only ship within New Zealand.

 

What methods are accepted for payment?

Valid methods of payment include credit card, debit cards, internet banking/ direct deposit and Humm, Afterpay (see below for more information).

Cheques are not accepted.


For internet banking/direct deposit please allow 1-4 working days for payment clearance. Expect delays on orders placed on Fridays, weekends, public holidays and during peak times ie; Christmas.
Internet banking/direct deposits made after 10pm on Fridays will not show in the account until Tuesday.

    How long will my order to take to arrive?

    Urban New Zealand orders are delivered by Pass the parcel, the target delivery time is between 1-4 working days. Please expect delays at peak times eg: Christmas

    We aim to dispatch goods in 24-48 hours of receiving the order. Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday.

    All orders will receive a tracking code via email which can be tracked on www.passtheparcel.co.nz 

     

    If you haven't received a confirmation email with tracking code please check your junk mail.


    Expect delays on orders placed on Fridays, weekends, public holidays and during peak times ie; Christmas.
    Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays can not be shipped until Monday.

     

    Please note that if you select the incorrect shipping option, this will result in delays for your order being dispatched. Once the correct amount has been paid and received, your order will then be sent.

     

    What if my order hasn't arrived?

    Pass the Parcel: Enter your tracking code on www.passtheparcel.co.nz and check the delivery status of your parcel.

    With this delivery service you are emailed updates on your parcels whereabouts using the email address supplied when you placed your order.

    For internet banking/direct deposit please allow 1-3 working days for payment clearance.

    If you are still unable to locate your parcel, contact us on (06) 359 1034, or email hairworks@inspire.net.nz, and we will get in contact with the couriers and locate it for you.
